Howdy Friends from America,
We are proud to carry on the tradition of line dancing
from America, the country of boundless possibilities.
Here in Germany we got acgvainted with line dancing
1992, namly with the song " Achy Breaky Heart"also
known as " Crazy Dance" from Billy Ray Cyrus.
Now Line dancing is a well-respected type of dance.
Many people say that line dancing as an American tradition
is being taken over by more modern Pop Music such as
Lady Gaga, but we are continuing on with the tardition.
We dance in jeans, Stetson shirt and boots. Line dancing
should stay assoicated with country music. We are a small
group of 10 dancers that support this trdition and we are
proud of our achieved success.
Line dancing is only suitable and fitting for country music.
It's catchy and goes right through one. Our goal is to learn
and apply the dancing steps correctly.
A great deal of the music we dance to is from Garth Brooks,
Brooks & Duun, Hank Williams jr, Alan Jackson,
John Denver and John Michael Montgomery
only to name a few.
